When the electric motor rotaries, the centrifugal type bottom valve opens, and simultaneously the water in the centrifugal type water spraying device is sprayed out. Negative pressure is formed in the centrifugal type water spraying device, the water is sucked into the water spraying device, and the sprayed water is thrown around after comminuted by the fan impellers.
