本实用新型涉及一种电开水器中的自动控温元件。它采用形状记忆合金为感温元件材料,由形状记忆合金元件室、电气室组成,以应力制约相变或热膨胀产生热敏速动效应的原理设计而成。适用于不同地区电开水器的控温,可以有效地避免“断电水不开”、“水开不断电”的不良后果。本实用新型结构简单、价格低廉、运行可靠。
The utility model relates to an automatic temperature control element for an electric water heater. The shape memory alloy is adopted as the temperature-sensing element material; the utility model is composed of a shape memory alloy element chamber and an electric chamber and is designed according to the principle that the stress restricts the phase change or the heat expansion generates the heat-sensing quick action effect. The utility model is suitable for the temperature control of the electric water heaters in different areas and can avoid effectively unfavorable outcomes that the water is not boiling because of the fact that the power is switched off, or the water is boiling but the power is not switched off. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, and reliable operation.
