本实用新型提供了一种发动机装置,包括缸体、油封座以及传感装置,所述油封座固定安装在所述缸体上,所述传感装置包括引线和用于测量齿圈转速的传感器,所述引线的第一端连接于所述传感器,所述传感器安装在所述油封座上,所述缸体上设有安装槽,所述安装槽中安装有卡环,所述引线穿过所述卡环。该发动机装置能够避免其转速传感器的引线弹出,且能够避免该引线在发动机运行过程中发生摆动和拉扯,以及避免该引线与缸体之间发生磨损;而且,通过过卡环对引线的固定和导引,还可以减少发动机与变速箱装配过程中对引线的额外固定工序,降低工艺成本及复杂性。另外,上述卡环还能防止灰尘进入发动机的内部而造成机器的损耗。

This ENGINE APPARATUS can avoid its speed sensor's lead wire to pop out, and can avoid this lead wire to take place the swing and drag at the thruster operation in -process to and avoid taking place between this lead wire and the cylinder body to wear and tear, and, through crossing the snap ring to the fixed of lead wire and guide, can also reduce to the extra fixed process of lead wire among engine and the gearbox assembling process, reduce technology cost and complexity. In addition, above -mentioned snap ring can also prevent that the dust from getting into the inside of engine and causing the loss of machine.
