一种回收酸的碳纳米管提纯系统,包括流体反应床、换热器、纯酸储罐、杂酸储罐、研磨机及两个压滤机,所述流体反应床排出的酸性蒸汽通入换热器,所述换热器排出的酸性冷却液通入纯酸储罐,所述流体反应床排出的碳纳米管粗品通入压滤机,所述压滤机排出的酸性溶液通入杂酸储罐,所述压滤机排出的碳纳米管粗品通入研磨机,然后通入下一个压滤机,得到成品碳纳米管。本实用新型,从流体反应床上得到的酸性蒸汽,通过换热器冷却后,通入纯酸储罐中,可以直接被调整PH值后使用,而流体反应床上碳纳米管粗品溶液中的酸中含有金属催化剂等杂质,通入杂酸储罐,待分离金属离子和酸液,分别使用。
