本实用新型公开了一种内燃机闸瓦抗偏磨装置,包括两端分别与每组动轮闸瓦拖尾部的凹形拉杆,凹形拉杆两端穿出托尾部外侧端部安装两套锁紧螺母,两套锁紧螺母外侧插装开口销;通过在每组动轮闸瓦上加装具有移动拉伸强度的凹形拉杆,凹形拉杆安装在原每组动轮两侧闸瓦托尾部的螺栓位置,拆除原螺栓,在两个相应的螺栓孔处加装拉杆,使闸瓦受到向内的作用力,向内的作用力与原作用力方向相反,因而使受力更加均衡,矫正闸瓦及闸瓦托,使其不再偏磨,减少因闸瓦偏磨造成的闸瓦非正常消耗,并减少相应的维修费用,同时,闸瓦偏磨使机车制动力变小、制动距离增大,最大限度地减少闸瓦偏磨对动轮踏面的影响,延长使用寿命。
